1. CUSTOMER QUALIFICATION

Mid Atlantic Distribution Inc. reserves the right to request additional documentation in support of valid retail business status. https://www.midatlanticdistribution.com reserves the right to cancel any orders that are found to be placed by non-qualified accounts.
2. DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
Mid Atlantic Distribution ships safe and secure via Ground, USPS and LTL inside of the contiguous USA within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. For non-contiguous USA, please contact us via phone or email for a shipping quote. Note: international orders must provide shipping arrangements.

3. INCORRECT / DAMAGED / MISSING PRODUCTS
- Incorrect, damaged, or missing products must be claimed within 7 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information.
- Glass products (Including but not limited to Pipes, Spoons, Water Pipes, and Chillums) must have damage claims made within 48 Hours of delivery confirmation.
- If the product is incorrect or damaged and within the 7 day return window, please send a photo of the product to sales@midatlanticdistribution.com
with your order number in the subject line and a brief description of the problem in the body of the email. - All sales are final on clearance/sales products. No Exchange - No Returns.
4. DROP SHIP PRODUCTS
In an effort to offer an unmatched selection of high-quality products, we have created a drop shipping program to continue adding new products that we cannot stock in our warehouse. Drop shipping is a service provided by a select number of vendors.
Drop shippers may not have access to all shipping methods, and therefore may use a comparable service to what you have selected.
Drop shippers are excluded from the same day shipping policy.
Drop shipped products can take 24-48 hours to process after payment is completed.
If you have a questions about an order containing drop shipped products, or if an order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email sales@midatlanticdistribution.com with the following information:
- Your order number in the subject line. This can be found in your account or on the packing slip provided with the order.
- A brief description of the problem.
- If a product arrived incorrectly or damaged, please send images of the product for our record
Upon receiving notice that there has been an error with a drop shipped product, we will communicate to the vendor that shipped your order to get it corrected as quickly as possible. Not all drop shippers are product manufacturers, please do not attempt to contact a manufacturer directly with a question or concern about a drop shipped product.
5. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
For all returns made with Mid Atlantic Distribution Inc., please reach out to a Customer Service Representative in our Returns Department in order to initiate the returns process. You may contact us via email at sales@midatlanticdistribution.com or by phone at 1 (866) 818-9598. Returns are subject to case-by-case exceptions. Any defective/damaged items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date, as indicated by your tracking information. Our 7-Day Return Policy applies to manufacturing defects ONLY. Once past the 7 day return window, you will need to contact the product manufacturer for your product return or replacement. Please be advised that any items that are returned without the Returns Process being properly initiated, or that are outside the 7-day window are subject to a return cancellation and you may receive partial or no credit for these goods. Completion of the returns procedure and any shipping costs incurred in returning a product are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All Returns must include full original packaging, all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and any additional coils and replacement pods.
The following examples are NOT included in the warranty:
- Batteries that have been dropped or separated.
- Wires, or extra pieces that have become exposed.
- Batteries that break inside a pocket, purse, bag, etc.
- Batteries that have been exposed to water.
- Any defects that are not covered under original product warranty.
- Bent, defective atomizers.
- Damage to products due to user negligence, abuse, etc.
Per rules and regulations, we have a NO RETURN Policy for all E-Liquids, E-Liquid Pods, Disposables, Coils, and Replacement Pods. All sales on E-liquids, E-Liquid Pods, Coils, and Replacement Pods are FINAL, without exception. Upon receipt of a returned item, our returns department will inspect and test every product. If found defective, we will then issue a store credit or replacement product, depending on the preferred method resolution by the customer. However, if a replacement device is not available, Mid Atlantic Distribution Inc. reserves the right to issue a store credit for the item(s).
6. PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER:
We cannot guarantee that a product's color will match exactly what you see on your computer screen. If you are unsure of how a product will look in real life, we encourage you to contact us for more information before placing your order.
Please take note that with e-liquids, taste is subjective. E-liquids that have been opened and/or used cannot be exchanged for another flavor or returned.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective or missing items from the order, the customer is responsible for letting us know via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise.
Customers reserve the right to cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. Although, once an order has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel custom-made and special-order items.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
Midatlanticdistribution.com and Mid Atlantic Distribution Inc. value the privacy of our customers. We only collect customer contact information for internal use and marketing purposes. We do not sell any customer data to third parties. The data we collect includes but is not limited to names, email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses. In accordance with our business to business model, we register all new customers based on verification of business tax ID(s), and request proof of PACT act registration before fulfilling any orders.
All newly registered accounts on Mid Atlantic Distribution are added to our newsletter and promotional email list by default. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link located toward the bottom of any email or by submitting an email request to be removed, to sales@midatlanticdistribution.com. SMS communications from Mid Atlantic Distribution and Mid Atlantic Distribution Inc. are only directed to users that have subscribed to receive SMS messages, and are NOT automatically enrolled at time of account creation on Mid Atlantic Distribution.
